Private files and scan status
Uploaded documents are automatically scanned for malware. Downloads are available only after a clean scan, and files are not shown on public passports.
Publication and versions
Published records remain versioned. A version’s QR opens that exact record; archived versions remain accessible at their original links with an archive notice.
Export and backups
Product lists can be exported as CSV. The database and private files are backed up separately; restore checks are part of operations.
