Subscription and cancellation

1. Billing model

DPP Direct currently offers monthly subscriptions billed monthly in advance. Annual billing and an annual discount are not offered. The net price, applicable tax, total payable and billing period displayed before ordering govern the order. Enterprise services require an individual offer; submitting an enquiry is not a purchase.

2. Automatic renewal

Monthly subscriptions renew for the next monthly billing period unless effectively cancelled. The current monthly plan selection does not create an annual payment commitment. Ordinary cancellation at the end of the paid current period prevents regular renewal for a later period. Mandatory statutory termination rights and applicable special cases remain unaffected.

3. Giving notice

You can use https://dpp.direct/vertrag-kuendigen without signing in or send a clear declaration to support@dpp.direct. A contract reference helps matching but is not required to submit a notice. The online function includes a review page and an explicit final cancellation button.

A matched ordinary cancellation explicitly requesting the end of the current contractual period is queued for technical processing with the subscription provider. Other requested dates, extraordinary termination and uncertain matches require separate review. Receipt acknowledgement is not confirmation of the effective end date; technical errors or missing matches do not replace the necessary legal assessment and handling.

4. Contract end, access and repayment

For cancellation at the end of a paid period, access generally continues until that date. Consumers receive repayment of prepaid amounts covering periods after an effective termination where legally required. Mandatory withdrawal and extraordinary termination rights remain unaffected.

Access to paid features can end at contract termination. Export needed data using the available functions before termination where appropriate. Statutory retention duties and the privacy notice remain applicable.

After confirmed termination of the paid subscription, the current product applies the Free plan. Cancellation does not automatically archive published pages or QR destinations; further publication remains subject to the available Free capacity and applicable eligibility. Access to authorised data and exports follows the available functions. This is not a promise of indefinite or guaranteed permanent public hosting. Statutory retention and data-subject rights remain unaffected.

5. Withdrawal and contact

Consumers still within an applicable statutory withdrawal period may exercise withdrawal instead of ordinary cancellation. See the separate withdrawal notice.

6. Plan changes and refunds

For an available upgrade, the prorated net amount, applicable tax and total are displayed before confirmation. Higher-plan access and capacity are activated only after successful payment is confirmed. An available downgrade is scheduled for the next billing period; the existing plan applies until then. Refund, cancellation and capacity changes are separate processes.

Refunds are reviewed by authorised staff and processed with the payment provider. Ordinary cancellation does not automatically cause a refund; a refund does not automatically cancel a subscription. A pending provider response is not shown as completed repayment. No days used or Stripe processing fees are deducted for valid statutory consumer withdrawal under the affected contract.
