Consumer withdrawal notice

1. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer entering a distance contract, you generally have fourteen days from contract conclusion to withdraw without giving reasons.

Notify RHEINA UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bahnhofstraße 32, 40764 Langenfeld, Germany, support@dpp.direct, by a clear declaration, for example by letter or email. The model form below is optional. Sending your declaration before the deadline is sufficient to meet it.

You can also submit a declaration without signing in at https://dpp.direct/vertrag-widerrufen. A missing contract reference does not prevent submission; matching is reviewed manually where needed. Receipt confirmation acknowledges receipt and is not yet a refund decision.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we repay payments received under the contract, including any delivery costs where applicable, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Repayment uses the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. No repayment fee is charged to you.

For valid statutory consumer withdrawal, we do not claim compensation for use during the withdrawal period. Neither days used nor Stripe processing fees are deducted from repayment for the affected contract. Starting to use the service or signing in for the first time does not automatically remove the withdrawal right.

3. Relationship with subscription cancellation

Withdrawal concerns statutory reversal of a distance contract during the withdrawal period. Ordinary cancellation ends an ongoing subscription according to its contractual and statutory conditions. Neither process replaces the other.
