DPP Direct · RHEINA UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Terms and conditions
Published version · 1.1.0
1. Provider and scope
The provider and contracting party is RHEINA UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bahnhofstraße 32, 40764 Langenfeld, Germany, represented by managing director Mehmet Tuncay Tas. Contact: support@dpp.direct. DPP Direct is web-based software for product information, documents, versions, team access and publicly released product passport pages with QR links.
These terms apply to businesses and consumers within the meaning of sections 14 and 13 of the German Civil Code respectively. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Classification depends on the purpose of the transaction.
The order is accepted after payment is confirmed. The contract confirmation includes the complete accepted texts and order details by email; paid access is released only after the sending provider accepts this message. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. A sending failure leaves technical activation pending for retry.
2. Service scope
DPP Direct provides functions for product information, documents, workspaces, roles, versions and QR-linked public product passport pages. Only expressly published versions are public. Templates and passports are not legal advice, certification, official approval or a guarantee that a product meets every legal requirement.
The applicable plan or individual offer shown when the contract is concluded determines the service scope, active publication capacity, storage and team limits and any additional services.
Capacity means simultaneously active published passports, not an allowance renewed each month. A passport can have several stored versions. Archiving releases active capacity. Previously published versions remain accessible with an archive notice at their original URLs and QR codes; version history is not automatically deleted.
3. Account and customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate registration information, protect credentials and promptly report unauthorised access. Customers are responsible for their content, its accuracy, currency, rights and lawful publication. They must ensure a lawful basis for processing personal information and respect third-party rights.
Customers must not misuse the software, circumvent security measures or store or publish unlawful content.
4. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices and billing intervals are those shown in the offer and order process before the order is submitted. Consumers are shown the total payable, including applicable taxes, before placing a binding order. Business tax treatment follows applicable rules and the specific offer.
Paid services may be ordered only when the order process fully displays the required price, tax, term and contractual information. Individual Enterprise offers are governed by their expressly agreed prices and conditions.
5. Subscriptions and renewal
The current offering consists of monthly subscriptions billed in advance for the relevant month. Annual billing and an annual discount are not offered. The specific offer and order confirmation state the price, start and monthly period.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless effectively cancelled. Customers may use the available online cancellation function or send a clear declaration to support@dpp.direct. Where required by law, a consumer contract continues for an indefinite period after its initial fixed term and can then be cancelled with no more than one month of notice. Mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Cancellation generally takes effect at its effective contractual end date. Prepaid amounts for periods after an effective termination are refunded to consumers where legally required. Ordinary cancellation does not replace statutory withdrawal.
For an available upgrade, the prorated net amount, applicable tax and total are displayed before confirmation. Higher-plan access and capacity are activated only after successful payment is confirmed. An available downgrade is scheduled for the next billing period; the existing plan applies until then. Refund, cancellation and capacity changes are separate processes.
6. Consumer withdrawal
Consumers generally have fourteen days from contract conclusion to withdraw from a distance contract. Details, exceptions and the consequences of an express request for early performance are addressed in the withdrawal notice. Ordinary cancellation does not replace withdrawal.
For valid statutory consumer withdrawal, we do not claim compensation for prior use under the affected contract and do not deduct days used or Stripe processing fees from repayment. This does not create an additional unconditional money-back guarantee for other cases. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Availability, maintenance and changes
We seek to provide secure and reliable operation. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Maintenance, security measures and incident handling may temporarily restrict the service. Material service changes remain subject to the contract and applicable law.
8. Content, publication and contract end
Customers decide which fields and versions are public and must check their suitability and lawfulness before publication. Archiving does not withdraw publication: previously published versions remain accessible with an archive notice. Confidential or unlawfully published content requires separate review and handling; contact support@dpp.direct. Copies retained by others cannot reliably be recalled.
After confirmed termination of the paid subscription, the current product applies the Free plan. Cancellation does not automatically archive published pages or QR destinations; further publication remains subject to the available Free capacity and applicable eligibility. Access to authorised data and exports follows the available functions. This is not a promise of indefinite or guaranteed permanent public hosting. Statutory retention and data-subject rights remain unaffected.
9. Liability and statutory rights
Liability remains unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and mandatory statutory liability. For slight negligence affecting essential contractual duties, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damage. Otherwise liability is excluded to the extent legally permitted. Mandatory consumer and statutory liability rights are not restricted.
Statutory remedies for defects and other mandatory rights remain unaffected.
10. Governing law and contact
German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. Statutory consumer jurisdiction rules apply. For merchants and public-law entities, statutory jurisdiction rules apply and, where permitted, the provider’s registered seat is the agreed venue.
